Delivery of new SANY SCP320GS

Designed and manufactured in Bedburg, Germany, SANY forklift trucks are built for demanding applications where heavy loads need to be moved safely and efficiently.

A relative new-comer to the European and US markets, SANY are the 3rd largest heavy equipment manufacturer in the world with over 90,000 employees and a product range that includes construction equipment, cranes, wind turbines and mining equipment.

Our customer required a truck capable of safely lifting 29 ton crusher jaws and delivering them to and from the production floor. These areas are often quite congested with both pedestrians and manufacturing processes so the truck was specified to ensure that its operation in these areas was as safe as possible.

The hydraulic sliding cabin enables the operator to position the entire cabin to the right hand side of the truck, giving a clear forward view around the mast and the load. The pillar-less front windscreen also further improves forward visibility. The truck is also equipped with reverse sensors and a rear view camera which both display on a large LCD screen in the cabin, ensuring the operator can see if the area is clear when reversing.

For operator comfort, the deluxe cabin includes digital air conditioning, radio, Grammar Actimo suspension seat and an ergonomically designed joystick with all main hydraulic functions within easy reach. Load sensing hydraulics provide just the right amount of power for the operator.

Main components are sourced from world leading manufacturers Volvo, Dana Spicer, Kessler and Parker. These are mated to an in-house designed and manufactured heavy-duty chassis, mast and steer axle, resulting in a truck that remains extremely reliable even after many thousand hours of use. SANY offer an unrivalled 2 year/4,000 hour truck and 5 year/10,000 hour chassis and mast warranty.
